The retainer covers our embedded Operating Partner and CFO time, financial infrastructure build, and ongoing execution support. Every engagement is sized to business complexity and scope. We work with businesses generating $1M to $50M in annual revenue. That's our sweet spot. Big enough to sustain a partnership. Small enough for us to embed meaningfully and make a real difference in operations and financial structure.

No. We build the infrastructure, establish the processes, and drive the cadence. But we don't do month-to-month bookkeeping. We partner with bookkeepers, accountants, and tax professionals. We stay in our lane: operations and financial strategy.

We map the workflow that loses the most senior time (automated reporting, real-time dashboards, meeting capture, data extraction), measure the hours before recommending the spend, then run implementation through partners.
