Jared grew up in Jasper, Indiana, a town of 16,000 that was named Indiana’s Community of the Year and one of America’s 25 best small towns by USA Today. He watched his community’s businesses grow, saw the financial gaps that held them back, and spent the next decade building the skill set to close those gaps.
He graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with degrees in Finance and Economic Consulting, then earned his CFA charter while working full-time. His career spans the full spectrum of institutional finance: six years as a buy-side equity analyst managing $850 million in active equity strategies at Old National Bank, strategic finance and portfolio oversight as CFO and Chief of Staff at Postlane Partners (a private equity family office), and most recently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives at a $9B Indiana RIA, leading M&A and Midwest expansion. He has run operations through a $200M strategic sale (Gladieux Energy to Sunoco) and separately helped acquire a small Indiana operating company.
Before founding LIMESTONE, Jared built organizations. As the first two-term President of CFA Society Indianapolis, he quadrupled sponsorship revenue to $120,000, expanded the board from 12 to 24 members, and organized the four largest events in the society’s history, growing the organization to more than 1,000 members. He grew Young Professionals of Central Indiana from 100 to 500 paid members during his time as President. He also founded OWN Indiana, the state’s only operator-first network for people who build, buy, and run small businesses, now over 100 members strong.
Jared founded LIMESTONE Strategic Partners in 2024 because he saw a clear gap: the businesses that form Indiana’s economic backbone deserve the same caliber of strategic leadership and financial infrastructure that only large businesses typically get. He leads LIMESTONE’s operating partner engagements, including strategic planning, business operating system implementation, growth strategy, organizational design, and the long-term embedded partnership model that turns chaos into consistent, measurable growth.
